Policies & Requirements

DAY CARE REQUIRMENTS

  • Up to date immunizations: Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP, and FVRCP (felines only)

  • Negative fecal test within 12 months

  • Up to date flea/tick and heartworm regimen

  • All dogs must be spayed or neutered after reaching six months of age

  • Personality test - prior to stay. This assesses their ability to safety interact and play with other dogs. Not only does this show us signs of aggression or anxiety, but also helps fit them with a group of similar play styles. This test helps ensure a safe environment for all pets and staff

  • Dogs must be picked up by 7pm; otherwise they will be fed and prepared a room for overnight stay, with appropriate charges

  • If your pet is feeling unwell, please do not bring them to group play, this is for the safety of your pet as well as the others

BOARDING REQUIREMENTS

  • Up to date immunizations: Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP, and FVRCP (felines only)

  • Negative fecal test within 12 months

  • Up to date flea/tick and heartworm regimen

  • We accept pets aged 3 months to 12 years

  • Owner to provide pet's food, to prevent any digestion issues

    • If facility provides food, there is a $5 per meal charge​

  • Dogs > than 80lbs combined cannot board together in Standard or Deluxe suites, they must board in Luxury, or in separate kennels

  • **If your pet is to participate in group activities, or pool play all above Day Care Requirements must be met**

  • Female pets cannot be in heat during their stay; if they go into heat, additional charges of $150 per night will apply. This is for the safety of your pet as well as others

  • Aggressive dogs toward staff members will need to be picked up immediately. If you are unable to do so, an additional charge of $150 per night will apply

  • Holiday boarding will require a non-refundable 50% deposit - this will include 4 days before and after the holiday

    • New Year​/Memorial Day/July 4th/Labor Day/Thanksgiving/Christmas​​
